Your activity book is a paper product and should therefore be kept in a clean, dry environment in order to avoid staining. We recommend the use of colouring pencils for colouring activities. Although we use thick 160gsm paper in production of our books, the use of felt tips may cause some minor bleeding of colour between pages.
Please take care when placing orders for personalised books. Names and special messages will be printed exactly as instructed, and we cannot be held responsible for any spelling mistakes made by the customer. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery of personalised products.

Your order will be dispatched to the address and postcode provided at the time of order. We cannot accept liability for late or failed delivery due to an incorrect address being provided.

Please note if you have included both personalised and standard edition books in your order these will arrive separately.
Our orders are usually shipped as standard 1st class Royal Mail and are not tracked. Most orders will arrive within two working days from dispatch, however we cannot take responsibility for delays outside of our control. If your order hasn't arrived in 15 working days then Royal Mail will deem the item as lost. In this case, we will be happy to issue you with a refund or a replacement activity book.
Please note that we are a small business and there may be occasional delays in posting your products, for example if we are away. You will be informed of any anticipated delays before placing your order and in your confirmation email.
If you would like to cancel your order please do this as quickly as possible by contacting us at email@example.com. Personalised activity book orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone to print which will normally happen within 24 hours of your order being placed.
It’s okay to change your mind! We are happy to accept returns on our Standard Edition books and issue you with a refund. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and return the product to us in the same condition as delivered within 2 weeks. You will be responsible for return postage fees.
Please note we are not able to accept returns on personalised book orders unless the product has arrived faulty.
Complaints & Feedback
We take complaints and feedback seriously. If you are unhappy with your activity book please contact us via email as soon as possible after receiving your product. Evidence of any faults or damages should be provided to aid us in investigating the matter. Any potential refunds will be given entirely at our discretion.
