Delivery

 

All of our activity books are currently available to ship within the United Kingdom (England, Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland) and are delivered by Royal Mail. We charge a £2.50 delivery fee on smaller orders, and offer free delivery on orders over £25! 

 

Delivery of Standard Edition Books 

 

We aim to deliver your Standard Edition books within 5 working days. Please note if you are ordering Standard Edition and Personalised books at the same time your items will arrive separately.

 

Delivery of Personalised Books 

 

To ensure you receive your order as promptly as possible, our personalised activity books are posted to you directly by our printing partner. Please allow 10 working days for delivery of personalised books. Please note if you are ordering Standard Edition and Personalised books at the same time your items will arrive separately.

Problem with your delivery? 

 

Has your order not arrived? Please get in touch with us at hello@rainytales.co.uk and we will be happy to help. Please note all of our orders are shipped 1st class Royal Mail and are not tracked. 

 

Cancellations

 

If you would like to cancel your order please do this as quickly as possible by contacting us at hello@rainytales.co.uk. Personalised activity book orders cannot be cancelled once they have gone to print which will normally happen within 24 hours of your order being placed. 

 

Returns 

 

It’s okay to change your mind! We are happy to accept returns on our Standard Edition books and issue you with a refund. Please contact us at hello@rainytales.co.uk and return the product to us in the same condition as delivered within 2 weeks. You will be responsible for return postage fees. 

 

Please note we are not able to accept returns on personalised book orders unless the product has arrived faulty.
